Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Default Promotion Date on Compensation Change Template Returns Null Value

Using the Default Promotion Date on the compensation change template returns a null value, even when this value is set on the cycle. The value even appears on the worksheet.

We are needing to have the Change statement pull the posting date of the comp changes so employees can see when the changes were posted.  We have tried to use the Default Promotion Date field to accomplish this, but it is not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Comp Change Statement should pull in the desired Posting date of the comp plan.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add the All_Attribute value = to statement < ?format-date:PROMOTION_DATE;’XDODEFDATE’? >. Add statement to comp plan
3. Make changes to employee in comp plan
4. Comp plan shows desired date
5. Generate statement
6. Date is not appearing on output.
