ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

External Tax webhook is not triggering on checkout page


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
External tax should be calculated for the product in the checkout page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the site https://ccstore-test-<instance_name>.oracleoutsourcing.com


2. Search for the any product.

3. Add the product to the cart.

4. Navigate to the checkout page.

5. Observer the order summary no tax calculation is included for the same.
