On : 18C version, Core Product Functionality
System Directed Putaway error "Preffered area/ isle mismatch"
When using system directed putaway with permanent item assignment on location, but whenever we do a put way wms suggest the location for putaway yet when the user scans that location we get the message "Preferred area/ isle mismatch".
Then the scanner will prompt the user to Accept or Do Not Accept. If user accepts the putaway goes through. So our question is why are we getting this message when we are using permanent item assignment and the item is assigned to the location suggested by the system. Also user is scanning the location suggested by the system.
