Symptoms
When attempting to assign OBLPN to Load by using assign_oblpn_to_load API.
ERROR

no appropriate Stops are found, etc.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch API assign_oblpn_to_load by using Postman.
2. Pass the data in the body part.
3. Click on the send part.
