Inconsistent Volume and Weight Calculation In OBLPN. How Are These Values Calculated? (Doc ID 2542767.1)

Goal

How is the OBLPN total volume and total weight calculation done?
From my observations it is not consistent. Sometimes I see a max value of 9999999999 some other times a max value of 10000000000000 or other random values.
