Document Designer DOCX output has the 'Different Odd & Even Pages' setting enabled by default (Doc ID 2543322.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to edit the header or footer of a DOCX document generated by Document Designer only odd or even numbered headers/footers are updated with the edits. Clicking the 'Header & Footer Tools' tab shows that the 'Different Odd & Even Pages' setting is enabled on the document by default.
