STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Click Actions > Create (or the Create icon)
4. Create a Territory geographies import with the following mapping:
ImpGeoTerritory GeographyOrZoneName
ImpGeoTerritory LanguageCode
ImpGeoTerritory SourceId
ImpGeoTerritory ParentSourceId
ImpGeoTerritory GeographyOrZoneType
ImpGeoTerritory ZoneCode
ImpGeoTerritory CountryName
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName1
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName2
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName3
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName4
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName5
ImpGeoTerritory IncludeChildGeographyType1
ImpGeoTerritory IncludeChildGeographyType2
ImpGeoTerritory IncludeChildGeographyType3
ImpGeoTerritory IncludeChildGeographyType4
