Symptoms
Instance deletion fails from the JCS Service Console and with the REST API. The following error is seen: "ERROR : Unable to delete service <SERVICE_NAME>: PSM-SERVICE-0004: Unable to delete service"
Deleted job that failed to execute is not displayed in the activity log.
