Symptoms

Trying to build an orchestration integration to push data into Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud using HDL method. 

HDL is like file based integration, but through web services, the process can be automated.

The integration fails with the below error at the step of attaching a zip file to a SOAP web service to push it into UCM server.
