ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Medical Not an Option for New Hire
New hire is not getting option for medical plan in enrollments. Checked as benefits admin and the same is happening.
All other new hires are getting the option.
The same eligibility profile is being used for dental, medical, and vision. The new hire can enroll in dental and vision but not Medical. Not sure what's going on. Preventing him from enrolling in benefits and they started 5/1/19.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employee should show eligible for Medical and be allowed to enroll.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as employee
2. Navigate to enrollments
3. Med is not showing available for election.
4. Log in as Admin
5. Navigate to Benefits Enrollment
6. Search for employee
7. Med is not showing available for employee
