Symptoms
The UDA are not getting deleted when they have the same UDA description
Steps to reproduce:
1.Create 3 new uda with same description and upload the sheet to create the uda.
2.Delete these 3 uda along with a uda that is associated to the item.
3.Verify that notification throws error for the 3 uda's that are not associated to an item.
With the below error "Corresponding Primary record was not processed"
