Goal

We are unable to set the Profile option for Mobile responsive options to "User Level" . Only Site level is available. We have tried in "Manage Profile Options", but the Profile option level is not ediatable.

Please let us know which task we have to update to enable User level for the below Profile options

HRA_PERFORMANCE_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
HRG_GOALS_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
