Fusion INV:Error When Importing Transactions Through FBDI

Symptoms
When trying to upload inventory transactions through FBDI import the following error is given:
Rejected - Error on table INV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE, column SOURCE_LINE_ID.
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("FUSION"."INV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE"."SOURCE_LINE_ID")
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Download the template
2.) Add the data to the spreadsheet
3.) Generate the CSV zip file
4.) Using File Import and Export task, upload .zip file to scm/inventoryTransaction/import
5.) Scheduled Processes --> Schedule New Process --> Load Interface File for Import --> Create Inventory Transactions.
