- Explain the Back and Forth communication necessary to get placed on the Schedule for upgrade.
- Help Communication with the stakeholders understand why we request 2 business weeks at least for upgrade requests times.
- Assist with the understanding of the many moving parts for an upgrade within certain Product Lines for Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit
