Explain the Back and Forth communication necessary to get placed on the Schedule for upgrade.
Help Communication with the stakeholders understand why we request 2 business weeks at least for upgrade requests times.
Assist with the understanding of the many moving parts for an upgrade within certain Product Lines for Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit
