Issue: IB LPN Length, Width, And Height Not Populating When Receiving (Doc ID 2549483.1)

Goal

 When receiving at the UOM defined for an item as a single LPN, the system does not inherit the box dimensions configured in the item master.

Request:

1. When receiving a blind LPN and the qty received is 1.
2. Check UOM configured in the screen parameter. Check if Single SKU lpn screen parameter is enabled
3. Go to item master, and look up the box dimensions based on the UOM.
4. Populate the box dimensions into the IBLPN
