On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Manage Benefits

Why Adding Date of Death is not triggering respective 'Death of Employee' LE ?

I have configuration where if Date of death is added for any employee it should trigger 'Death of Employee' Life event. But it's not getting triggered. Please suggest the possible reasons.
