Goal

Employee # 671741 is terminated on 10-May-2019, they have an accrual balance of -6 and their Absence Calculation Card shows 2 components:
Annual Leave Days Accrual : value = 0.0
Annual Leave Days Final Disbursement : value = 6.0

When running a quickpay for May-2019, the expected result is that the element Annual Leave Days Final Disbursement shows on SOE and deducts -6 days.
However, this is not the case.
