Fusion Compensation: WFC: Top Level Manager Cannot Filter by Job Column in Worksheet (Doc ID 2551470.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, .Set Up Compensation Management
 
If user proxies as different lower managers, the filter for job column is a simple selection box as expected and user is able to select more than one job to filter. 

If, however, user searches a large population as top level manager, the filter drop down changes  and user is not able to select specific job positions.

All other filters on columns work for top level manager, just not the Job column filter

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Proxy as top level manager
2. Enter worksheet
3. Filter on Job column 
4. Not able to select a specific job
