Symptoms
Users connected to FCCS system in Excel via Smart View and are attempting to perform a drill-through for a particular intersection. When choosing the "Launch in a new sheet" option, there is no result. When performing a drill-through from within the FCCS UI in a Web brower, the details display correctly.
In the Options dialog, under Advanced > Drill-Through Launch, the "Prompt Me to Choose Target" selection is active. If "In Web Browser" is set here, the details show.
