In Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Drill-Through Details are not Displayed in a New Excel Sheet via Smart View Connection (Doc ID 2551558.1)

Symptoms

Users connected to FCCS system in Excel via Smart View and are attempting to perform a drill-through for a particular intersection. When choosing the "Launch in a new sheet" option, there is no result. When performing a drill-through from within the FCCS UI in a Web brower, the details display correctly.

In the Options dialog, under Advanced > Drill-Through Launch, the "Prompt Me to Choose Target" selection is active. If "In Web Browser" is set here, the details show.

Changes

Some metadata members recently had their Description values modified.
