PRC:SSP:Unable to Mass Edit/Update Suggested Buyer Field on Requisition (Doc ID 2551841.1)

Goal

While trying to mass update suggested buyer field on the mass edit screen it is find that this field is not coming because one line has Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) reference and other does not have BPA reference.

For example on Requisition (REQ) when they are two lines that has source BPA or they are two lines that are not sourced the suggested buyer field appearing in mass edit screen.

The suggested buyer field dosn't appear in mass edit screen only when on REQ they are combined lines (for example: one line that has source a BPA and another line that hasn't a source).
