HCM Transaction Design Studio not available
We are on release 19A but when applying the sandbox and going into my client groups the HCM Transaction Design Studio is not visible or available to select. Do we have to do any additional step to active this option? Do we need to enable a role privilige?
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

HCM Transaction Design Studio should be accessible from My Client Groups
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Administrator
2. My Client Groups > HCM Transaction Design Studio

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access HCM Transaction Design Stdio page.
