When assigning an output to a another operation, an error occurred. 

ERROR

You cannot assign output <> to operation <>  because it results in multiple assignments. It is assigned to operation<> in version <>.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution
2. Work Definition
3. Task List
4. Manage Work Definitions
5. Create a work definition
6. Associate output with more than one operation.
7. The above error occurs.
