Symptoms

When attempting to save a quote, the following error occurs.

Could not perform Action: Save and Price
During Commerce integration Process ID: 1234567, Name: SFDC Quote - Upsert
An error occurred while communicating with the partner site.
Error message from the partner site:
INVALID_FIELD: No such column 'site__c' on entity 'BigMachines__Quote__c'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describer call for the appropriate names.

Changes

The managed package was recently upgraded in Salesforce and custom permissions were set up.
