Symptoms
When the evaluating manager submits the performance document for approval, the approver receives the notification.
- If the approver adds comments in the notification, and then clicks on Approve/ Reject, then a blank page appears. The approval/ rejection is not processed.
- If the approver clicks on Approve/ Reject without adding the comments, then the transaction is processed successfully
