Symptoms

When attempting to approve email and bell notifications regarding performance documents, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: You Do not have permission to access this information.

1 Click on bell icon top of screen
2 Click on Approve or Reject
3 Application returns error

same error message for email notifications
