PJC: Manage Committed Cost Showing Error "The application cannot calculate provider ledger currency amounts"

Goal
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Review and Adjust Project Costs
PO commitments not updating Project Costing, even though Update Project Performance Data process was run with no failures. Manage Committed Cost page shows an error below -
Message- The application cannot calculate provider ledger currency amounts.
Cause- There is no conversion rate defined to convert from the transaction currency USD to the provider ledger currency for this rate type Corporate and rate date 5/16/19.
Action- Define a conversion rate for the specified currency attributes (transaction currency, provider ledger currency, rate type, and rate date) or change the currency attributes, and resubmit.
We are only using "Spot" rate type and not going to add rates for 'Corporate' as per business functionality. For Spot rate type, all days are already defined. REQ/ PO both has "Spot" as rate type.
Please advise how to bypass setting 'Corporate' rate type and resolve the error.
