ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Each withholding certificate should show the information about one tax type only, but our report shows all taxes during the date range selected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to generate withholding certificates only for selected tax type.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Processes
2. Select process: Generate Purchase Withholding Certificate for Colombia > Populate ALL fields, with for Withholding Tax Type
3. Get withholding certificates generated for multiple Concepts.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate withholding certificates only for desired transactions.
