Blank page when viewing printable performance documents (Doc ID 2557542.1)

Employees and managers are unable to view the printable performance documents for themselves and their subordinates. When viewing the printable performance document, the window loads however just produces a blank page.

Steps to replicate (Manager) :

1. My Team
2. Performance
3. My Manager Evaluations
5. Look for an employee, on the right hand side/select the 'print' icon (printable performance document)

Steps to replicate (Employee) :

1. Me
2. Career and Performance
3. My Evaluations
4. Select the 'print' icon (printable performance document)

In addition, if the user (who is unable to view the printable performance document) does the following:

Navigate to Home/Tools/Reports and Analytics/click on 'Browse Catalog' button

they are not logged into BI, and the following message is returned:

Error 500--Internal Server Error

If the same user attempts to login directly to BI , for example using:



the following message is returned:

"You are not currently signed in to the Oracle BI Server.
If you have already signed in, your connection might have timed out, or a communications or server error may have occurred.
To sign in again, click here. If the problem persists, please contact the site's administrator."
