Unable To View 'Highest Education Level' From Personal Information In ESS (Doc ID 2557815.1)

Goal

From the "Manage Person" task, we can see the field "Highest Education Level" under Legislative Information. We expect to see the same from Employee Self service as well, as this is personal data pertaining to the employee. However, we can't see the field in ESS. We don't see an option to include it from personalization either. How to make the field visible in ESS ?
