How can I Integrate Oracle Fusion Inventory Management or Order Management Cloud Service with Oracle Transportation Management Cloud service without using the integration cloud service (ICS)? After Pick Release is performed, we want to send the Delivery details to OTM CLoud service to plan the shipments and track and trace.

All the documents I see on support describe to use the ICS by raising a business event in OM/INV cloud service and to use the logistics adapter further. We do not have license to ICS. We have OM/INV Cloud and OTM Cloud.

Please advise on methods for integrating OM/INV cloud to OTM Cloud without using ICS Cloud or any documentation describing this.
