For few employees Termination Life Event is in Detected status and not processed automatically.

Goal

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Manage Benefits

Termination Life Event is not processed for few employees

We have noticed few employees Termination Life Event is in Detected status and not processed automatically.

User has occurred date same as termination date.

They have a scheduler that runs daily and processes the detected events.
However on 4 users termination event remains detected and does not process.

Benefit relationship remains active till the termination date.
