Symptoms

Problem Description:

When candidates complete their job application and attach their resume, the following fields are not visible to the Recruiter when accessing the candidate's job application in 19B or higher:

  • Degree
  • Work Requirements
  • Resume upload (under Supporting Documents)
  • Licenses and Certifications
  • Languages
