ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer regularly Suspends Activities, either from the "Arrived" Status or "Started" statuses. The field crews have challenges with the buttons/interactions on the iPad MCP. Reducing the amount of data entry will improve efficiency and the user experience of the field crews.

The "Postpone Until" field was previously updated to default to the planned End Date/Time of the current Crew Shift. The "Time Remaining" field should follow the same approach to improve the usage of the app.

When a Crew has marked themselves as "Arrived" and then ops to "Suspend" the Assignment, no work has been done, so pre-populating the Time Remaining would have a noticeable reduction in the number of clicks to Suspend the Assignment. Similarly, when Suspending from a Started Assignment, it would still be very helpful to have the original duration pre-populated would allow them to more readily modify the duration and move on.

For basic meter services work (FAs from CC&B), the jobs are often short duration and Suspend is most often used for things like Severance Activities where the work is not actually started, but suspend is used to give the customer more time to pay their bill over the phone or in the office.
