Goal

Unable to Edit Scanned Inv in Rejected status- JBO-29115 Unable to construct error msg

JBO-29115 Unable to construct the error message due to error java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: can't parse argument number: ATTRIBUTE_NAME. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_REQ_ATTRIB_API_SERV. Error message parameters are {0=InvoiceLineEO, 1=oracle.jbo.Key[29022 1 ], 2=validateAmtPriceQty}


User is trying to change amount on Invoice and validate. Error as shown above shows up and can not process further.
