Ability to add hyperlinks to different category types within Total Compensation Statements

The 'Manage Compensation Categories' within Total Compensation Statements includes certain features that are not available for different types of 'Category Type'.
Currently, 'Time Off' compensation category includes a column to add hyperlinks to 'Display Name URL' column.

We would like that option to be available for other category types including 'User-defined' type. Is that an option? Or, is there a work around to add hyperlinks to each items added within the compensation category?
