Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Item Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Component values are not getting controlled by revisions

Open the Structure tab, see the qty. The Qty in the REV A and REV 0 is same.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Quantity values of component CP1 under revision A should be 10 and revision B should be 20



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any existing Item
2. Go to Actions > Manage Revisions> ‘+’ sign> add In a new revision(A) ad select the date >Save and close
3. Go to Actions> Open another Revision> Select A revision>Ok
4. Update the BOM qty from 1 to 10 or Description to add “REV A item”
5. Save and close
6. Open the same item
7. The item defaults to REV A (Expected)
8. Go to Actions> Open another Revision> Select 0 revision>Ok
9. See the description. It has REV A item in it.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot update based on item revision
