Goal
User when extending a subscription to another data region
In this case, customer would like to use the Event Hub service, and added "North America" to the subscription, as it is not compatible with the current subscription data center "APAC".
"Event Hub-Dedicated" can be displayed by switching "Data Center" in My Oracle Services, but when "Event Hub-Dedicated" is selected, the sign-in screen is displayed,
but you can not sign in if we enter an existing user.
Do we need to add user for each data center?
In that case,
1. Please tell me how to add user.
2. Is it be charged for Each time we add a user?
