Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT

When a new version of Proposal is saved, the customized fields in the older
version are still updatable . It is expected the old versions should become
read only

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Sandbox
2. Open a proposal with multiple versions
3. See the old version, fields are updatable

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=================
It is expected the old versions should become read only
