Onset From Last Dose - Calculated Incorrectly For Vaccines (Doc ID 2562649.1)

Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Cloud Service - Version 8.1.2 to 8.1.2 [Release 8.1]
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

In Argus Safety 8.1.2, Case Form -> Events -> Event-> Onset From Last Dose field doesn't calculate the value properly for Vaccine Product.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1) Book-in a Case
2) Encode a Vaccine Product make it Primary Suspect one. (Don't add any other Suspect or Concomitant Products to the case)
3) Add Vaccine Information to the product under Product -> Vaccine tab . Fill primary Vaccine Start date as '18-NOV-2016 18:00' and add a 2nd Vaccine Info and for this one the Start Date be '09-FEB-2017 15:56'.
4) Go to Events tab. Add the Onset Date/Time as '10-JUN-2019 00:00' and tab out of the field and save the case.

Result:

The Onset From Last Dose field is calculated with Start date - 18-NOV-2016. Ideally it should have taken the date 09-feb-2017 to calculate the value but it did not.

Please note that the system is working fine in 8.0.1 environment.
