On : IDCS 18.4.2, Attempting to register Fusion Apps Release 13 for provisioning
When attempting to Test Connectivity after creating an application for Oracle Fusion Applications Release 13, under provisioning, the following error is returned to the UI.
"Cannot Connect to the target managed app and the cause of the error is: "Execution of GET REST API call on Fusion Apps failed."
