Symptoms
User-defined measure Cost - all records rejected during load
Created a measure Cost (granularity 135), extracted cost by item and org, 52 time buckets per year (Monday dates). Several records rejected due to these errors:
The attribute CUS_LVL_NAME cannot be null.
The attribute CUS_LVL_MEMBER_NAME cannot be null.
A value must be provided for both attribute DCS_LVL_NAME and attribute DCS_LVL_MEMBER_NAME

The attribute CUS_LVL_NAME cannot be null. The attribute CUS_LVL_MEMBER_NAME cannot be null.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create user-defined measure (cost).
2. Extract data by item and org.
3. Prepare FBDI file and load data.
4. Errors are received.
