Goal

Qn1:On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

We would like to route projects for approval to approvers parallelly and only one of them has to approve so one responder wins.
 
Qn2:Can we have "Submitted" status as initial status of the project with the workflow enabled.
