FUSION FTP BURSTING NOT SENDING FEW FILES (Doc ID 2564358.1)

Goal

The users are running a bursting report, that uses a single existing FTP  connection for all files. Out of 600+ files, about 4 fails.

The 4 odd failures are not consistent. The next time the report runs another different 4 odd files fail to make it to the FTP.
