Customer Question

We have two aux dimensions (aux1 and aux3) in use for our territory assignments. These are the only dimensions used.

For a Lead, the territory correctly assigns if there is an Account and the Aux dimensions are pulled through from an account.

If we do not have an Account and we manually set the aux dimensions, the territory assignment does not run.
