Symptoms
When attempting to create MISC receipt with DFF using webservice,
the following error occurs.

The entered values for the descriptive flexfield AR_CASH_RECEIPTS are invalid

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fill the webservice payload
2. Import the Receipt
3. Review the response
