Symptoms

When having two order releases with same source and same destination locations, OTM builds one shipment and applies the optimum solution for ship unit orientation.
If the same two order releases are planned, but with different source location (same destination), OTM builds two shipments, because it does not apply the optimum solution for ship unit orientation.

If bulk plan is being run without the 3D ConOpt, OTM builds a single shipment, as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the application
2. Select the Orders Releases
3. Plan the Order Releases

OTM builds two shipments, because it does not apply the optimum solution for ship unit orientation.
