Profile 'Maximum Rows Displayed in Planning Search Pages' not working

Profile 'Maximum Rows Displayed in Planning' is not working to set-up. Currently UI shows 500 rows only regardless of value that we set up
for this profile. In addition to UI display limit of 500 rows, 'Edit in spreadsheet' functionality extract is also limited to 500 rows.

Kindly advise how to extract high number of rows from plan or advise how to perform/load mass changes for thousands of items in Simulation set at once.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It need to allow to view More than 500 Rows and allow the mass changes in supplies and demand table through spreadsheet option.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application >click on supply chain planning>click on supply planning.
2. open the required plan>click on open button.
3. search supplies and demand table.
4.click on action and select edit in spread sheet option.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to do mass changes in supplies and demand table as the UI have the limit to show 500 rows and same in edit spreadsheet option.
