Goal

Customer Question
---------------------------
1) The Replenishment Type of an Item XXXX, is Organization
2) Organization is blank at Item
3) Transfer Sourcing Rules and Assignment Set for the item are already available

But the Transfer Order is not generated and following error message is generated "The transfer order cannot be created because the source organization is not defined."
