Symptoms

Application fails to start with error:

org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException: Line 151 in XML document from class path resource [com/workbrain2/mob/web/securityContext.xml] is invalid; nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 151; columnNumber: 43; cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'name' is not allowed to appear in element 'constructor-arg'.
