Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Manage Payments-Prepare and Record Payments
When attempting to calculate WHT at the time of payment for a partial payment, the following error occurs.

The WHT is calculating the amount as for the full payment without consider only the percent that is being paid
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
Invoice Amount 1000 and WHT 10% is 100 and partial amount paid is 400 then WHT Withheld is appearing as 100 and the same is shown in the Remittance Advice Report. Whereas the expectation is to show at as 40 WHT.
